Where do I find the code and how do I use it?
The discount code will be available on our website at 8:30am on Monday 19th January 2026. This will show as a banner at the top of our web page and can be applied at checkout. The code is to be used on online orders only and these must be placed directly through the website. Please make sure you type the code exactly as you see it on our website. Please avoid copy and pasting the code as this may not work. Our customer support team cannot apply this internally but they will be available to help you with placing an online order should you have any difficulties.
How long will the discount be valid until?
The discount will be running for 1 day only, from 8:30am until 5:30pm on Monday 19th January 2026. Orders must be placed within these times and for the promotion to be valid. Any orders still in baskets after 5:30pm on 19th January will not be eligible to have the discount applied. Use it or lose it!
How many times can I use the 20% discount code?
You can use the 10% discount as much as you like whilst the promotion is running and there are no restrictions. Whether you place 1 or 10 orders within the day, the discount code is there for you to use!
Can I use other promotions with the 20% off?
During the Blue Monday promotion, no other discount can be applied or used in conjunction with this offer. This includes our usual free standard shipping on orders over £40 + VAT. This promotion will be back up and running when our Blue Monday deal ends.
What delivery options will be available?
As this promotion is running for one day only, we are pleased to confirm that we can offer the following delivery services as follows:
Plain and Printed - Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days (not including proofing times)
Plain and Printed - Express Delivery - 2-3 working days (not including proofing times)
Please note that our Next Working Day delivery service on plain orders will not be running on this day. This option will become available again once our Blue Monday deal ends.

Our working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.
Delivery and Lead Times
Here at Flexi Labels we manufacture everything to order, even our plain labels. During our Blue Monday event, the only available delivery options will be our Standard 3-5 working day and our Express 2-3 working day services due to an expected high volume of orders. Please note that with printed orders, this does not include proofing times and this could add a minimum of 2 working days onto your lead time. If you have placed a repeat order, you are able to authorise a straight to print once the order has been placed by speaking with a member of our team. Our team will not be able to expedite any orders during this time as no other delivery options will be available.
