United Kingdom Deliveries
Please see below our delivery charges:
- Standard 3 to 5 working days from £4.99 + VAT
- Express 2 to 3 working days from £7.99 + VAT
- Next Working Day (Anytime) from £9.99 + VAT
- Next Working Day (Before 1.00pm) from £14.99 + VAT
- Next Working Day (Before 10.30am) from £19.99 + VAT
- Saturday Delivery (Anytime) from £24.99 + VAT
Next Working Day delivery services are available for orders received before 3pm (Mon to Fri). Orders placed on a Next Working Day service after 3pm will be sent out the following working day.
Please note we do not offer Next Working Day delivery service on printed items due to the extra processes involved. You can select an Express Delivery (2-3 working day) service, which is based on the approval date that will need to be received via email.
Please allow an extra day for delivery if the goods are being delivered outside the UK Mainland e.g. Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight.
Please also take into account the payment method you have used during checkout e.g. if you are paying by Bank Transfer or Cheque, your order will not be processed until the payment has been received in full.
International Deliveries

- Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hungary, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland (3 to 5 Working Days) - from £14.99 + VAT
- Denmark, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland (3 to 5 working days) from £19.99 +VAT
- Finland, Lithuania, Turkey (3 to 5 working days) from £24.99 +VAT
- Greece (3 to 5 working days) from £29.99 +VAT
If you are outside the UK and cannot find your country on the list, please contact us at info@flexilabels.co.uk and we will get back to you with our delivery charges and lead times.
Progress on your order
- You can check the progress on your order by logging into your account.
- In some cases e.g. bad weather, heavy traffic or the address is difficult to locate, the courier may not be able to make a timed delivery. If you have paid for a timed delivery service, please allow up to 2 hours before contacting us or the courier.
- We are not responsible for any late deliveries incurred by couriers due to bad weather, courier strikes or by any other reasons.
- If you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed on Monday.
- If your parcel has been lost, delivered to an incorrect address or mis-sorted by the courier, we will not re-send the replacement items until we recover the original items. If you are in urgent need you will need to place a new order and we will refund the previous one as soon as we have an update from our courier on previous delivery.
- You will have to pay a re-delivery charge in case the delivery address was entered incorrectly during checkout or no one was present at the delivery address to sign for or to accept the receipt of the items.
