Black Friday is upon us and here at Flexi Labels we are offering a huge 20% off sitewide from 24th November - 1st December! Here you will find all the information and FAQ's you need this Black Friday to make sure you're taking advantage of this discount. FAQ's
Where do I find the code and how do I use it?
The discount code will be available on our website at 8:30am on 24th November. This will show as a banner at the top of our web page and can be applied at checkout. The code is to be used on online orders only and these must be placed directly through the website. Please make sure you type the code exactly as you see it on our website. Our customer support team cannot apply this internally but they will be available to help you with placing an online order should you have any difficulties.
How long will the discount be valid until?
The discount will be running for 1 week only, from 8:30am on Monday 24th November 2025 until 5:30pm on Monday 1st December 2025. Orders must be placed within these times and dates for the promotion to be valid. Any orders still in baskets after 5:30pm on 1st December will not be eligible to have the discount applied. Use it or lose it!
How many times can I use the 20% discount code?
You can use the 20% discount as much as you like whilst the promotion is running and there are no restrictions. Whether you place 1 or 10 orders within the week, the discount code is there for you to use!
Can I use other promotions with the 20% off?
During the Black Friday week, no other discount can be applied or used in conjunction with this offer. This includes our usual free standard shipping on orders over £40 + VAT. This promotion will be back up and running when our Black Friday deal ends.
What delivery options will be available?
Whilst we would love to offer Express and Next Working Day shipping during our Black Friday event, we expect this to be busy time so we don't want to disappoint. Therefore, no Express Delivery on plain or printed orders and no Next Working Day Delivery on plain orders will be available during this time. The only shipping option will be our Standard delivery service which is 3-5 working days.

Our working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.
Delivery and Lead Times
Here at Flexi Labels we manufacture everything to order, even our plain labels. During our Black Friday event, the only available delivery option will be our Standard 3-5 working day service due to an expected high volume of orders. Please note that with printed orders, this does not include proofing times and this could add a minimum of 2 working days onto your lead time. If you have placed a repeat order, you are able to authorise a straight to print once the order has been placed by speaking with a member of our team. Our team will not be able to expedite any orders during this time as no other delivery options will be available.
