Label Construction

A typical label consists of 3 components. 

A face material is supported by the liner with special adhesive in the middle

1. Face Material

Gloss coated woodfree paper.

2. Adhesive

General use acrylic permanent adhesive including smooth and slightly rough or curved surfaces.

3. Release Liner / Backing

One-side coated white liner with good lay-flat characteristics. Suitable for sheeting. Available only in solid back.

2. CD - Cross Direction

Uses & Application

High resolution standard gloss label for multicolour printing. Extensively used in food and beverage industry, logistics, stationery and cosmetics products.

Shelf Life

2 years, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20ºC, 50% RH)
