Our items are usually sent in a white poly bag with Flexi Labels branding and care instructions printed onto them. This bag will also contain paperwork, such as a packing list, with Flexi Labels branding.
If you specifically check the “Please post my items in white/unbranded packaging” box at checkout, we will make sure that all packaging is free from Flexi Labels branding.
If you are outsourcing on a tight timeframe, by ticking this option you can be safe in the knowledge we will send their order to them in completely unbranded packaging.
