Label ConstructionA typical label consists of 3 components. A face material is supported by the liner with special adhesive in the middle 
1. Face MaterialStandard sensitivity top coated thermal paper, not backbarriered, produced without bisphenols (BP free). Good resistance to moisture and medium resistance against oil and fat. More sensitive to scratching.
1. MD - Machine Direction
2. AdhesiveGeneral purpose permanent acrylic water based adhesive. Good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates,including non-polar surfaces. Good behaviour at low temperatures.
3. Release Liner / BackingSupercalendered glassine paper, cream.

Uses & ApplicationRecommended for thermal labels thatrequire water resistance. It does not haveresistance against oil and greases.
Shelf Life2 years, under storage conditions asdefined by FINAT section 2.5 (20-25ºC, 40-50% RH).Prolonged storage at higher temperatures and/or humidity levels will shorten the shelf life of the product.
