Label Construction

A typical label consists of 3 components. 

A face material is supported by the liner with special adhesive in the middle

1. Face Material

A pastel purple, non-top coated FSC Mix Credit paper that is coated with black imaging thermosensitive coating. This paper has limited resistance to thermal image scratching or smudging with normal stability against oil, alcohol and environmental influences such as heat, humidity and light. The image may fade over a period of time if exposed to high humidity and light. This paper is BPA-free.

Acrylic based, removable adhesive for general use with long term removability

3. Release Liner / Backing

Yellow, FSC Mix Credit, supercalendered siliconised glassine paper. Specially designed for high-speed conversion, punching and perforation. Transparency allows its use in automatic dispensing system.

Uses & Application

The product is suitable for removable labels for stores and supermarkets, process labelling applications and industrial labelling 

Shelf Life

One year when stored away from direct sunlight and heat, in a dark, dry place at a temperature of 22 °C ± 2 °C with a relative humidity of 50 %, ± 5%.
