Label ConstructionA typical label consists of 3 components. A face material is supported by the liner with special adhesive in the middle 
1. Face MaterialGloss finished product designed for high resolution image printing on ink-jet providing e.g. excellent photo quality results.
1. MD - Machine Direction
2. AdhesiveGeneral use acrylic permanent adhesive including smooth and slightly rough or curved surfaces.
3. Release Liner / BackingGeneral purpose universal permanent acrylic water borne adhesive. Good adhesion to a wide variety of substrate including corrugated board and non polar substrates, also at low temperatures.

Uses & ApplicationVery good heat resistance which combats the heat in variety of printers and produces a good flatness and fan folding with Kraft backing.
Shelf Life4 years, under storage conditions as defined as 20ºC, RH 50%) Storage in high temperature will shorten shelf life.
