Label Construction

A typical label consists of 3 components. 

A face material is supported by the liner with special adhesive in the middle

1. Face Material

Woodfree paper with fluorescent yellow coating.

2. Adhesive

General purpose strong permanent. Acrylic water borne adhesive. Good adhesion to all normal substrate, including non-polar surfaces, films, and corrugated board. Good low temperature performance.

3. Release Liner / Backing

White woodfree kraft paper.

1. MD - Machine Direction
2. CD - Cross Direction

Uses & Application

Eye catching display labels for price marking, promotional use and stationary. Flexography, letterpress, offset. VIP printable with laser, copier and thermal transfer.

Shelf Life

4 years, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20ºC, 50% RH)
